Cozy Professional Cleaning Services is locally owned and operated. We have been servicing the cleaning needs of Greater Sarasota's premier home builders and property managers for the past seventeen years. Our prestigious client list includes John Cannon Homes, Nutter Custom Construction, Bruce Williams Homes, Vision Group and Turnbury Park, Sotheby's International Realty and JWM Management to name a few. Our success can be attributed to our commitment to provide quality, cost effective services that meet our clients' expectations and standards on a daily basis.

Cozy Professional Cleaning Services is a member of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, member of the Better Business Bureau of West Florida and a member of the Building Services Contractors Association International. Our membership in these organizations gives us access to the newest technologies in the cleaning industry, technical training sessions and vast knowledge for troubleshooting problems.

About The Owners:

Al Jung, Jr. spent thirty-five years with a national retail chain. Before his retirement, he attained the level of Senior Regional Vice-President. He was responsible for over-seeing approximately 257 million dollars in volume throughout 276 locations across the country. This was about 33% of the company's total corporate volume and about 35% of the company's total units.

He retired in 2006 largely due to many years of constant traveling and a corporate downsizing which would have required relocation to the Midwest. The Jungs were unwilling to leave Sarasota.

Karen Jung has an extensive history working with large commercial cleaning companies. She also opted for early retirement after 22 years with a 60 million dollar New Jersey based commercial cleaning company. As a Vice President, she was responsible for account retention, contract negotiation and renewal, sales and quality control.
